This isn’t another ADHD test
Most ADHD assessments measure symptoms. This one measures what your symptoms are costing you across four areas nobody looks at together.

By the end, you’ll know:
- Where you actually stand — across all four areas, not just an overall score.
- What’s costing you the most — and why it’s probably not what you’d guess.
- What to do next — based on where you are, not generic advice.
The 4 Pillars

Boundaries
Your ability to set and protect your limits with work, relationships, and yourself.

Emotional Management
How much effort you’re spending managing, suppressing, or hiding your emotions day to day.

Systems
How well your routines and tools actually fit your brain, not just look organized from the outside.

Trust
Whether you’re able to rely on your own judgment, or constantly outsourcing decisions and self-belief.

Why I built this
I’ve spent years working with people who look fine on paper and aren’t fine in private. This assessment is the first conversation I usually have with them.
The four areas above come from the B.E.S.T. Framework™ — Boundaries, Emotional Management, Systems, and Trust.
It’s built through years of one-to-one work with high-performing adults with ADHD and grounded in my training in narrative therapy.
